Indy Meditation [UPDATE1]

flower

We mentioned this meditation in the comments section…

…but the general consensus is we should invite more to it. It’s only 15 minutes, passive listening. But the key is to keep meditating AFTER it ends and you’re ‘in the zone’… for say 30-60 minutes afterward. That’s when the most interesting things seem to happen… but the results are all over the place. Anyway, give it a try.

Or, just continue to lie on the floor and kick that ball.

Some of us have also found this half-hour tone combo helpful, both in cutting through the fear and elevating:

  1. Whoa … I listened to the meditation this afternoon and enjoyed a super relaxing time, saw lots of pink and purple colors then I fell asleep. I woke up at 4:44 PDT and was so dizzy and disoriented it took me several minutes before I dared to try to stand up. Before I stood up I G+P. It’s been 3 hours and my head is still quite dizzy with light pressure in the center of my head. Not sure if it was the meditation or? Maybe I should just call it a night and see if tomorrow brings my balance back.

Much Love and Light to All🤗

    1. Yeah, me too Lulu. I thought I’d fall over after my afternoon nap. At one point while in a whatever state I found my body elongating and become a conduit for incredible energy flow! Phew!!! It was exhilarating to put it mildly. I’m still a bit “off”

    1. It’s all about fear and money. In some European cases, the caution is warranted to keep the ca8al from intentionally making things worseand fanning this into a real pandemic. At this stage, lightning kills more people than the Coronavirus.

  2. Dream time…

I was at school with an old friend that i have not had contact with since I was in my teens. There were other people I recognised too all still in their teens!

I was having a conversation with this friend about how death is nothing to fear, that only the body dies and the soul continues on it’s journey. Just as we were talking, the walls of the school started crumbling, everything started to collapse. My friend was very scared but I told her not to worry, it was The Shift, it was always going to happen. I grabbed her hand and we ran outside away from the tumbling bricks. All the buildings around us were collapsing too, modern buildings mixed up with what looked like ancient Greek ruins!

We walked through a maze of stone and debris, coming across the occasional building that was still partly functioning. One food place was empty but the lights were flashing, then the electric went. Around the corner two ladies were panicking, I told them not to worry but they looked blankly at me before rushing off. Around another corner, a man sat playing the guitar, seemingly unaffected by the chaos around him.

Then, it started to rain, heavily. The water was rising, up, up, up as far as our shoulders. Just as I thought we were going to drown, I discovered I could lift myself up out of the water and soar up into the sky, flying away from the mayhem. I shouted to everyone, ‘Fly, you can fly!’

    Then I woke up…

    Much Love ALL ❤️🙏❤️

    1. That would be me, sitting in a corner and playing my guitar while the world is falling into pieces; I hope it doesn’t take too long though, I don’t know that many songs. Until I get my wings back, that is, then you’ll never see me around here again.

Any more male pregnancies in the fish tank? What was Elsie’s reaction?

      1. Sifoo, you’ll just have to keep playing on a loop ❤️ I also have this image of you now flying with great wings behind you whilst still playing your guitar ☺️🎸

As for the the fishies, yes, another boy has given birth. Amazing don’t you think 😉 Elsie did not notice, or if she did she is pretending she hasn’t! I think the whole kitty saga has made her a bit wary of pets. I do keep noticing her gazing at the tank but as soon as she sees me notice her, she looks away and pretends she was doing something else! Hopefully we will be able to enjoy watching them together soon when she realises they are staying!

        Much Love ❤️🙏❤️

P.S I wonder what will happen first…The Shift…or our tank getting very overpopulated!

        1. The thing about being an observer is that the same antennas pick up any hint of someone else observing you, and it’s VERY disturbing 🙂

I could never do anything right with people hanging over my shoulder, but leave me alone for a second and magic happens.

These days everything seems to be a sign, and Source is a real screwball.

          Love,

          1. I totally agree Sifoo, I have always hated being watched, I remember art school, the teacher being behind me whilst I painted or drew and nothing good coming out. But when I was on my own, in my own little world with my paints and perhaps a bit of music…Magic did indeed happen…✨☺️

Good to be reminded of these things sometimes, thank you!

            Much Love ❤️🙏❤️

  4. We did some quick math and as it turns out, on average:

    — coronavirus kills 4 people per 7.4M

    — lightning kills 4 people per 1 Million

So… you are 7.4 times more likely to die from a lightning strike than die from the Coronavirus.

    1. I hope this means we all get to work from home whenever the weather is bad from now on.

We’ve had around 200 positive tests in Sweden so far, none that I know of in this part of the country. The restaurant where I’m working has almost no guests eating there anymore, everyone is using the drive-in to order from their cars and eat elsewhere.

One positive side effect is that within a few weeks only sane people will go outside.

  5. How do I keep my smart home from spying on me?

Also, where have the CATs been? You guys aren’t posting much.

    1. 1. Move. Or tear out all that technology and toss all those “smart” appliances. At night, turn OFF all wireless devices and WIFI routers. Also, get rid of AC appliances (like clock radios) in your bedroom and go battery-powered.

      2. We were just talking about this. Not much is happening, apart from things we can’t quantify, so we’ve not been compelled to post. Some meters are down, which we suspect is a timeline separation thing, but we’re waiting for a big meterage event to hang our hats on. So far… kinda boring… which is also kinda nice!

  7. Hi guys!
I live in Italy and here the situation is not so quite and boring LoL
The Government and Media are spreading fear everywhere.
Italy has been declared “red zone” so for this reason they have locked down all the regions.
The Government passed a law that say us to stay at home, to keep 1.5m from each others, to bring papers with authorization when we drive in order to show them when you pass through other villages…
But sincerely, I’m happy to stay at home, to take some time to chill and…for now I haven’t noticed any policemen here like they told .
ALL the infos and news that come are not verified… but all of them spread fear in the hearts of people.
I saw parents with their children which is something unusual here, people talking and chilling but I can understand that I see what I am…maybe.
    What do you think about?
What’s the situation out of Italy?
Peace and Joy to you All 🙏🌞🌈

    1. Besides being the epicenter of The Vatican, Italy has been taking the ca8al on of late — just as China, et al have. Places that ar most threatened have been anti-ca8al in recent memory. But don’t worry, it’s going to blow over pretty quickly… then ratchet back UP again when the PTW has some evil vaccination they want to pump into all of us. Spread the word in advance.
