It’s the Christmas season. Time for an early Xmas gift.

The Angel Host

Go into meditation, and do your regular things… and then, GROUND to The Angel Host.

(Just think that, while in meditation.)

Note: There really is something like “Jacob’s Ladder,” but it looks like moving stairs, or a ladder, or escalator — only going UP. This to help tired Angels get back UP. CATs use it every day. Try grabbing or jumping onto it (depending on your preference), and go UP as high as you can… then see where you end up.

See what happens.

And when in doubt, ask Brother J or an Archangel for help. You aren’t expected to do this alone. Angels LOVE helping.
