919: CAT Techniques ~ [Up.1]

And now, some CAT Techniques we use every day.

One thing all CATs have in common is meditation. CATs are excellent meditators. But we weren’t always this way. We had to learn, just like you. And breathing techniques — esp. when you add the term “SOURCE” to the text — are de riguer.

The Science of Breath by Yogi Ramacharaka

Even if you’ve read it, we encourage you to review the exercises. Note that they are the exact same breathing techniques Brother J learned when he was an adept. (We remember him, and Nadav, and Mary teaching them to us… then we taught others.)

Most importantly, besides aiding in meditation, these exercises are also highly effective in conditioning the (illusory) lungs throughout the Ascension process — a process that is quite hard on the lungs. As you lower your (illusory) body’s density, your lungs (which are actually a kind of energy device) can become sluggish. The Science of Breath techniques help slough off the old, heavier material and free up the new lighter you.

When you breathe in, think SOURCE; when you breathe out, think LOVE.

Expect to cough a little as you work your lungs. But take it easy. Don’t try to do too much, too fast. You can strain your lungs. ~AM is a (still living) testament to that.

UPDATE1 ~ 1/30/25

Many have gotten so used to waiting for people/beings to do their work for them that they wait around for news of The Event and do nothing. It doesn’t work like that. You have to do your own work. YOU have to make a move toward SOURCE. In fact, if you don’t put in some serious effort, to show the direction you want to go (STO, self-improvement, meditation, etc.), you’re not going anywhere.
