Your 4D Earth Help Desk

Help Desk is fun!

Hi. We’re to be your 4D Earth Help Desk during this transition… well, one of them (thanks to John for the nudge). If you have any questions, just ask. There was some confusion even amongst us about where and how, so we compared notes and got more clarification. This is what we know right now, along with a rough timeline. It’s changed, so please read carefully:

  • 3D earth is this earth now; 4D earth will be the next step for many; some who need to continue learning certain lessons will stay on 3D.
  • The Event is to be “soon” (spirit guides have a different definition of “soon” than you or I!), but we got a sense of urgency from them; The Event will be a bright “rainbow” fog yielding a 3D/4D (3rd density/4th density) split
  • After The Event, if you find yourself on 3D, GO HERE 
  • Once on 4D, you “First Responders” (you know who you are) please help those who are confused about what’s happening, quell their fears. This will probably take some time. We’ll then all figure out what to do, help with logistics, clean up as needed; you’ll probably get some personal directions during The Event itself, as well as via dreams and meditation. All will be well.
  • Live on 4D for a time (time will pass strangely, so we can’t tell exactly how long we’re to be there)
  • NOTE: 5D = “New Earth” (NE).  We finally got clarification on this; it was hard to see as it was mixed up with 4D stuff, and that the New Earth itself is still forming. It will take some time to build, a few years (but time is kinda wonky, so we’re unsure of how long)
  • Eventual 5D/NE invitations through dreams, visions, etc.
  • Literal bridge to 5D appears. Some stay, some go. It’s up to you.

In the meantime…
  • When you ground before meditations, ground to the New Earth, not to the center of the 3D earth. That is, do this if you feel compelled. Not everyone will want to go to 5D.
  • BREATHE in the Wave X/SOURCE energy during meditations, but don’t hyperventilate! 
  • Think only good thoughts; thoughts as seeds
  • TURN OFF the damn computer (we’re taking to ourselves here, too) after 4:00 pm. DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT WITH YOUR ENERGY FROM 4:00 ON. Listen to music; read; create something; make it more of a soothing time.
  • Take care of yourself 
  • Be outside when you get the chance, and overlook (forgive) anything unsightly that you might see (trash, landfill, chemtrails, etc.).

Bottom line: Have fun. It’s all going to all be ok. Let us know if you have any questions. (Please note that we will NOT be advising people on where they’re going, or where they’re to wind up. This would take forever. All you need do is meditate on this and all will be made clear.)

  1. Aaahhhh! Have been having people enter the garden to refresh themselves with the colors and scents. (There is nothing better than the scent of lily-of-the-valley gently warmed by the kiss of the morning sun.) Yes I am having great gobs of fun sharing.

No matter where I'll end up, I'm ready to help! I've been feeling recently as if that is why I incarnated here 28 years ago, because I knew this would be happening eventually.I do however have one legit question: Is it true that there is a number of our lost brethren living within the Inner Earth, who are waiting for us to Ascend before rejoining? I've always been curious about these ancient legends of Agartha and related realms.-Francis

  4. In the comments of Lynn's most recent post, she says that we have to incarnate into 4D, that this life is to prepare ourselves and raise our vibration. Then, maybe we'll get to 4D in our next life. I like your version much better! Any idea what's up with the discrepancy?

  5. Yes, we talked with Lynn about this, as it puzzled us, too. We got that it's not so much a discrepancy as it is a semantics issue; we're saying the same thing, but in a different way. When you go to 4D, you will in effect be “incarnating” into it — as a new you. You'll be you, but a changed you. Modified. Upgraded. You will change… somehow. Same goes for the transition to 5D that some will make. It’s a big decision, as it's a responsibility, not just a simple upgrade: those who go are basically to become SOURCE emissaries or ambassadors, infusing light and love wherever they go, and being living representatives of SOURCE in a whole new way. They'll have a duty to SOURCE, and a duty to the New Earth; neither will be a burden, but some won't want to be this serious about getting closer to SOURCE. There really are no beings exactly like this, currently, who are so obviously… sympatico with SOURCE. Those participating in 5D will undergo another somatic change during the vibration transition and become something else, something more, with a whole new set of tools and abilities and energy capacity. They will become a new kind of being, while basically remaining who we are as humans. That's about the best way I can describe it. As far as I know, this is to be a new thing in the omniverse.~AM

Thank you for the clarification.Two things though please, if 4D isn't NE, then what is it?Also I have been anchoring to NE by anchoring to the vision I had of smelling the plant life and air there, is this right?I understand what you mean by incarnated physical change. I had a vision of looking at my face once. It looked young, blissful and flawless, dare I say Angelic.It was always a vision to aspire to, unfortunately in this world, an impossibility! (I'm not bitter about coming here and being systematically destroyed on every level, I'm sure there's a good reason…!!!)Mark

  7. I live in Hawaii. Never mind the volcano. It's what's real right now. What is important is the energy shifts we here have been going through since March 21st.   9. We jump between timelines. Each timeline has a different 3d body. Some of us feel the difference. As you raise your vibration your consciousness jumps eventually in a 4d or even higher body of you. All bodies exist simultaneously.

  10. Yes, that's true, but it's a concept we don't explain. Most people balk at the fact that past, present, and future all happened simultaneously, and that we're basically living inside a gynormous recording. What you might be forgetting is that Our Memory of SOURCE, Whom some know as The Holy Spirit (but we call Uncle Ho), is collapsing timelines forward and back as we learn and grow, making some “future” realities unnecessary — and creating NEW ones that weren't there before. Glad it's not our job. ;)~M2

  11. Again, it's a failure of words. 4D is a New Earth, and 5D is a New Earth. The main NE most are speaking of is the 5D, though Lynn insists on calling 4D the NE till 5D is done. As for anchoring, just think: “Grounding cord to the NE,” and be done with it. Don't get hung up in form. And I've had those visions of myself as well. Alas, I also had a dream last night that I was starting a new school and was woefully unprepared, late and lame! For the next high level I have to start all over again! Ug.-CAT5

A practical nuts-n-bolts parenting-during-Wave-X time suggestion:Some of us CATs have kids and the energy is making siblings occasionally freak out and scream and fight and exhibit general monkey-cage behavior. Oddly enough, try feeding them OATMEAL. I have no idea why this works, but it seems to calm the primates. Even works on adults.

  18. OK apart from the very heated palms off and on – today 2 markers:1 Dreamed of 2 of my long term staff squaring off with absolute murder on their faces. I mean I could not have dreamed the look I saw on one face. Ugly. I Dreamed that I wrapped my arms around one of them with a major struggle but neither would hit with me in the middle2 on waking – a whole and clear certainty that the love of my life was heading towards me.Not something I have been wishing for or thinking about Just BAM

  19. I had visions during last night's meditation of people looking UP at something, their faces bright from a light SOURCE… closer and closer.~M4

As for #1, that's kinds how The Course (acim.org) came about: in the '60s, helen schucman was having a terrible feud with a colleague and wondered (privately) if there was some way they could resolve their dispute peacefully. And Brother J came to her and said: “This is A Course in Miracles. You might want to take notes.” So, she wrote down what J told her. The book is literally J teaching you not only how to resolve conflict, but the truth about… everything. We don't mention it much, but at least three-quarters of CATs have read this book (it's actually three books in one, now). We also quote Ken Wapnick — the original Course editor — a lot here; Ken is now an Ascended Master.-CAT5

Easier said than done, M6, my mother in law knows my address!I once tried the Coursian mantra on her at a wedding, but she only sneered and laughed cruelly, as did the other guests.That said, her face did seem to morph and slide, this was accompanied by a pungent odour of sulphur? But in retrospect, I think it was the buckets of cheap makeup she slathered on, breached by the seven cans of special brew and twenty four paper plates of vindaloo curry,containing questionable gobbets of unkown meat.Mark P.S. Had Dejavu today, but I recalled the scene from a dream I had the night before. Maybe all Dejavu events are simply precog dream snippets, and we usually forget it was from a dream?

Whoever his current “handlers” are, they must be getting desperate to be writing something this explicitly deceitful.P.S. I don't really live on a skyscraper.   29. TODAY: Meterwise, things look WHOMP-y. There was some dramatic energy early this morning (PDT) for those who live near portals and elsewhere, and various meters are showing… well, “energy drama” for lack of a better term. Does anyone want to see this? We sometimes feel like the meters are boring people. Suffice to say that today is looking mildly dramatic… and we seem to recall that it did the same thing the last two weeks. Is it The Event, yet?Oh, one more thing (OMT)… in case you missed it, one of the M's saw people with their faces upturned and light on them, as if they were experiencing The Event. This could also mean that a Step (10?) is to happen soon, with clairvoyant effects. It's so hard to say until it happens.-CAT Editors

  36. The part about bringing down prized possessions (wedding rings, etc) that mean something to you was SUPER creepy (and desperate). Can they no longer steal our energy above ground? I stopped reading – didn't want that in my psyche.

  37. Yes, they expressly asked you to bring items charged with a special kind of energy… to feed on. Go down as deep as you want, lizards, the light will find you.

  38. From what I have read, the only creatures living permanently underground are reptilians and insectoids, and military bases run by a combination of these and Deep State employees. Not the kind of company any sane person would want to keep.

  39. One of my (gifts, abilities?) has always been that I Hear/feel energy shifts, ley lines, etc. so to be in an almost constant state of buzziness of late is, to put it mildly is interesting. I'm continuing to plant more trees. Whee!

  42. I was gifted a powerful dream vision of the Event after a light from the night sky flashed at me twice. Then when I awoke I had a powerful waking vision of these people looking up in bliss (no trepidation), it was like a rapid slide show of so many faces, it just didn't stop until i pulled away from it.Then I had an overwhelming compulsion to go to the woods that same day. When I arrived, a huge pristine white deer was lying down waiting for me. We just looked at each other for a minute, then she got up slowly and walked away…The place she sat in was the same place I had another paranormal event before. Some entity tried to terrify me, but I remained so calm and full I love that I terrified it back. It pounded away. Even though it was invisible I could feel the earth being pounded and I could see the damage to the trees it made, it was BIG.I gave you the context because the visions were true and significant, so much that spirit sent a white deer to say as much.MarkP.S. I wonder what Lynn makes of it?

  45. P.S. About 5:00 Pdt the buzziness stopped momentarily followed with a gentle, sweet sense of peace only to be quickly followed by a further increase of buzziness (which feels more gentle than the previous stretch. I guess it's like a sine wave) Anyhoo that's my take. Stay tuned!

  46. FYI, the govt's (cabal's) snoop programs are on full blast. As I was sending people EM about the latest (heinous art-based) pedovore thing, my computer went haywire for a time. Later, when I mentioned the same subject on the phone to someone else, the phone scrambled and some hold music came on. Then both phones were busy for a while before I could establish connection. Yet one more thing I won;t miss about 3D.

  47. Even if this was legit, why would I destroy my family's mental health just to be the “resistance” janitor? Really, they wouldn't be giving recuits any of the important jobs and we're so close to The Event (even my dense ass can feel it) there's just no point.-Lore

  48. Hmmm. I was reading and watching videos yesterday about how to make orgonite cloudbusters and a helicopter started flying back and forth in my neighborhood. It lasted for a couple of minutes. Apparently they often come when people are actually making orgonite, but I was only researching. It caught my attention, but I didn't think too much about it until I was reading on a message board a little later about a guy who was doing the same thing and also had a visit from the helicopters. He had never made it and didn't even own any, while I have a it all over my house and property. I also noticed some big fat chemtrails rather low in the atmosphere a few hours later. Coincidence? I hope so, but you've got me wondering.

  49. I keep being reminded that we're not supposed to pay much attention to these pathetic shenanigans, but instead keep our collective eye on the Event ball.
