822: Total SOURCE Integration ~ [UPDATE2]

A helpful suggestion from ~AM.

This is an advanced meditation technique. Some of you may not get anything from it.

For those who’d like to try… when you go into meditation, try slowing down. Don’t be in a hurry. Then, try this by itself:

Infinite Ground to SOURCE (and feel the connection)
Infinite Ground to HS and Brother J (and feel the connection)
MERGE the connections into a ‘vertical’ YOU (like a light pillar). Feel them slide into ONE Connection.
Then place the NOW in the Hands of SOURCE. Feel the NOW expand and encompass the entire earth.
Next, place your mind and your will in the hands of SOURCE.
Then ‘feel’ SOURCE a moment… and think to yourself: “Total SOURCE Integration,” and feel it all come together.

Try it. See what happens.

UPDATE1

As above, so below? These are illusions. There is no above. There is no below. Duality is an illusion. Only you and SOURCE are real.

Speaking of that, ~AM was shown this by SOURCE this morning (pardon the crude drawing; it was ~AM’s ‘chalk-talk’ whiteboard illustration). Then he showed us. This is the path we’re taking:

SOURCE is the horizontal line, which represents infinity. Your path is the circle.

You were created. Then you were with SOURCE for an untimed amount of time. Then you decided to start out, away from SOURCE — for whatever reason, let’s call it FEAR. But then you realized somewhere along the way that you made a mistake, and that SOURCE wasn’t scary. And you thought you were separate from SOURCE, but you’re not. So, your path started back toward SOURCE. You never really went anywhere, or did anything, except in your mind. You’re still with SOURCE right now.

This basically sums up the spiritual path for everyone.
