For those who feel lonely, or detached.

The holidays can be a lonely time for some. Some can feel lonely in a room crowded with family. Here’s a way to rid yourself of loneliness… and maybe find a new path.

Everyone has felt lonely at one time in their lives — or at many times in their lives. We have all been there, some more than others. Some are there, now.

Some CATs are totally isolated. We work our missions wherever we are, communicate remotely, and live alone. Yet… we are never alone. All you need do is meditate, or learn to meditate (we use the term “pray,” because prayer often means asking SOURCE for something). This will change your mindset. Meditate and invite Brother J and the Holy Spirit in (they are your bridge to SOURCE). Brother J’s shockingly unselfish act (which we commemorate at Christmas and Easter) brought ALL mankind (and ET-kind) closer to SOURCE — and allowed us all to have the same relationship that Brother J had with whom he called “Friend”: The Holy Spirit. That’s what happened at the Miracle of Pentecost.

You are all plugged into ONE, and SOURCE. You all have Brother J/~HS at hand to help you remember who you are. And you are all — ALL — constantly surrounded by spirits and Angels (and trees!)… most of whom are trying to help you NOT feel alone. You just need to be open to them.

If you feel lonely, sit and close your eyes, and invite Brother J in. Tell Brother J that he’s welcome to connect with you… and see what happens. ~AM did this once… and Brother J/~HS poured a big bucket of light on his head and created an entire timeline that wove into all other timelines, so he could help. What might Brother J/~HS do for you? Time to find out.

A long walk in nature does this, too, if you can walk and meditate at the same time. Walking meditation is awesome. We have a lot in common with trees.

UPDATE1 ~ 11/17/25

A note for those with shields. Other readers, feel free to disregard.

Some of The Shielded (it’s a small club) asked if we could ever get abducted. It is possible, but they’d have to use a ship a half-mile wide and scoop up a big chunk of earth along with you. Not very practical. Even then, they’d not be able to access you — just wave from the edges of the property they stole… along with all the other people and things around you, down a hundred feet.

Note that there are currently a few… er, SEVERAL… ET factions on and around the earth at the moment, snooping around The Shielded. For them it’s like spotting a treasure chest from far away. (Some highly advanced ETs visited planets all over various galaxies, eons ago, and left various objects or booty or special troves they meant to retrieve later… then these ETs vanished, as they often do. They have been called “The Progenitors,” but that name’s inaccurate. They’re actually related to the ETs who seeded the earth with trees and plants loooong ago.

There one such trove in the moon (on the dark side), which is why there are 3-4 factions of ETs digging over there.) Shieldwise, when ETs of a certain stage of advancement visit our system they scan and instantly spot and zoom to the source of an (infinite) energy spike, and then see a person inside (!)… and wonder who the heck they are. ‘Royalty’ and high muckymucks of various whoosit civilizations don’t have shields like ones ~AM makes. And the fact that they’re an Angel creation is also beyond novel. They are unique in the omniverse (!), and are the first and only Angel device ever used by humans. Needless to say, ETs wonder what makes humans so special. Factually, we’re not that special, but we are odd — and on an unusual planet at the edges of this unremarkable galactic disc… basically, the boonies.)

We also just got done with a bunch of ‘groundhog day’ instances (that is, day recordings being looped)…

… and another handful of DUMB bases getting zapped (note the little quakes along CA’s San Andreas fault are small and natural). There have been about 3-7 base-zaps per day, nearly every day, for more than a year. These are cabal/dark hat/cartel bases, ET bases, OTHER govts’ bases, etc.:
