STOP ~ [UPDATE2]

Stop.

Stop reading all this crap — from everyone. Stop thinking about everything all the time. Stop asking about the future. Just G+P+C and meditate. Meditate the old-fashioned way, as per the primer. Forget everything else. No fancy names. Develop your Protections. Be tough. If you see something in a dream, a vision, a meditation, see something that’s sketchy or makes you feel weird, hit it with the mantra. Listen to your own counsel. STOP listening to anyone else — including us. Be yourselves. Throw your spiritual weight around. Unicorn says something odd? Walk away. See a lizard? Light it up. See an ET? Tell them to GO HOME. See something that wants to mire you in the Illusion? It’s your funeral. Enough, already.

This is not difficult. Get off the carousel and take a seat. Meditate. Wait for The SHIFT WHILE LIVING YOUR LIVES, but who cares when it comes? We’re losing interest. In the meantime, be decent people. Live RESPONSIBLY, with love for all, like it’s your last day on earth, and everyone’s your family. Who cares about the rest?

  4. I’d give you all hugs! Because of your information, I have been more at ease than ever, I think. Also for the reminder to just breathe and appreciate this moment in time. I would be so lost if I wouldnt have found this page. You gave me focus and answers to questions i didnt know i even had. I’ve grown so much by the meditation teachings. I know it must be exhausting. Physically, spiritually, and emotionally draining. Today, for the 1st day in months, I stopped (love the timing of this post). I didnt do anything except see old friends. I just focused on the present and pushed worries away. I feel like I didnt accomplish anything, but I feel so much better. Thank you guys for pushing through the crap and trying to keep us informed and uplifted. And for those of us that are caretakers to not-so-easy “patients” the comments and community here are just fabulous and they make the impossible days lighter.

      1. Speaking of monsters, not to sure how the lockdown “cleanup” is going here in Melbourne. Two red eyed moth man like creatures have been feeding of our spring lambs on a property on the edge of town.
        Lol… try not thinking about that one when your walking home after work.

          1. I haven’t seen them personally, we just happen to know the guy who’s property they are living on. This is far from common knowledge here. He has been hearing and watching, his words “2 huge black bats rough playing and chasing like cats a metre above the gum trees for 3 months.” Until last Monday, they included the roof of his house to run across. He said he was terrified and didn’t want to go outside as they were making such a racket. He did take a few steps out onto the veranda when they landed together with a thump on the ground right in front of him. He was startled and kicked the railing between them. One bent slightly and took off vertically, like super man, the other stood up looked at him for a moment, turned and flew off directly in front of him.
            All black with red eyes and a humanoid face 4 feet high 6 wide (wingspan)
            He has since spent a small fortune on camera equipment but has nothing but moving trees.
            The poor guy lives out there alone. He thinks they are young and he’s scared of meeting their parents.
            What the indeed lovely lily 🤯😳

        1. @cloudradio. Know what I do when I get to the black ice? I have fun with it. I visualize ice skating on it to get across. Hear of body surfing? Try body icing? Take a running dive to the black ice and glide across.

  19. I’m so done with everything. I’m even at the point where I’m struggling to believe in the shift anymore. I would love it to happen, but lets be honest…
    Soon it will be Dec 2056, both the shift and disclosure will still be right around the corner, then you’ll say that you won’t be here anymore in a few months (again).
    Then rinse and repeat. I’m not saying this out of anger or annoyance. I’ve just noticed the pattern. Maybe you need to make sure your guides are not fooling you either. It is actually so easy to control people.

    3. Have faith, the Shift is happening soon. The PTW are rolling out the Mark of the Beast with their identity biochip/DNA modifying vaccines, this is just too much of a coincidence. This is the first time in human history that it is technologically possible to fulfill this prophecy, which was made thousands of years ago in a pre-technological era when people knew nothing of the science behind it.

      No matter how exactly it plays out, exact Biblical sequence of Rapture followed by a massive war on Old Earth by dark-siders left behind, or the modified procedure described by the CATs that grabs everyone (dark or light) at once, it’s still a go and we are in the thick of it right now.

    1. With this session they are looking for almost total destruction then maybe the flash sometime in the future. But, you don’t get to remember the flash and then you are back on a restored earth but the same place. It’s really interesting how everyone gets such different things. Is this just what they want or just different endless timelines?

  26. Thanks Cats, well said. I was lucky enough yesterday to spend the day wandering forest and shore trails around Lake Ontario with one of my oldest friends like we did when we were kids – who knows or cares nothing of the shift. We had the most magical day full of sunshine and dappled shadow and gorgeous fall colors everywhere with the sound of crashing waves for a backdrop. Doesn’t get any better than that, I am content! 🙂

I spent the morning within the depth of peace and calm within SOURCE – falling into enjoyably experience/imaginings – more like experience… of this wonderous place where there was the continuous exchange of offering and sharing mutually back and forth of each others essence -a plant or trees that had something to offer to other beings and the enjoyment and appreciation of that by those that partook,and the appreciation and joy of THAT back from the tree, etc – such joy and appreciation of each other – even breathing produced this. – An offer was made to life forms ( like certain bugs) that were not well thought of or had unpleasant emotions cast upon them – the offer to their collective essence or whatever that is, to enjoy a new form and existence that others can view in wonder and enjoy their being in the world.
    On and on just resting and residing in SOURCE – wishing/seeing other family members rocking (sort of) asleep in SOURCE dreaming, some slight form of amnesia, but well and safe and cared for.
    Even with family up now all I have to do is take a breath- and that sense is there again.
    It’s like a life poem, resting in SOURCE – there WERE words to go with it at one time.

  31. Ok, there is some real weird going down. I can see Light, and it looks like a giant shredder, just going at reality. And my mind is not working as it should. And things are disappearing, as I’m working on them. Glitches, shreds, skips.
    On that note – we tried something new this morning, allowing Source flow to come thru us and breathing it into the matrix. And simply being with it. Love to all – it’s getting less real with every breath 🙂
    The cup cakes sound delicious Lily! Have a vicarious one for us – Enjoy!

I also noticed that today there are few weird unexplained thing occurring, huh, had a few occasion when my brain just freezes, card game I am playing on phone just miraculously solved itself, like I already new the answers…., I am in a way glad that it is not just me, join the club Angela, or I will join yours, does not matter 😉✨

    1. Pam. I felt it too. I woke up every hour last night. It felt like I was not supposed to go into deep sleep for some reason. The same for half of full moon night. We will see how we sleep tonight. I am going to strengthen my protection before sleeping. I hope you sleep better tonight.💖💖💖

    2. Ice, I’m sure I’m wrong, but when I read about “bubbled”, The powerpuff Girls came to mind.
      I don’t know if you know these cartoons, but I loved them. They released their bubbles that contained their superpowers.
      So I imagined London and the rest of the cities being bombarded by thousands of bubbles of cleanliness, love and protection, to cleanse them of all the density and darkness that they contain.
      That won’t be what the Cats mean. But it would be nice. 😉

  36. Dreams have been interesting lately, when I am able to sleep that is. Last night and a couple of nights before last I was tossing and turning so much, the bed felt so weird, I could not get comfy and I had so much strange energy running through me.

    One dream stood out. I was in a room at the top of a very large building. It was light and airy, no furniture, just a lovely wooden floor and big windows. A friend from university who I haven’t seen for almost 20 years was there. She tells me she is getting married and is dressed all in white ready for the occasion. She then gets out lots of paint and starts to brush some really murky colours on the walls telling me the room needs decorating. I look at all the messy colours and suggest keeping the room light, maybe white or an off white but she is very insistent she is going to paint. I see a streak of purple and tell her that colour is nice…

    Suddenly I am at the door to the room on a small landing. There is a very long winding staircase going down many floors. I see people coming up the stairs, lots of people, all dressed in white. The are cautious but look very happy. I start welcoming them into the large hall…

    I am having lots of dreams with people in that I knew a long time ago. and with each person, there seems to be a different story, a bit like the one above, always about moving on up in some way 😉

  37. After a strenuous bout of placing bulbs for Gardener to plant, I found myself taking a quick snooze on one of the garden benches. You ALL remember how I have mentioned the incredible stillness when SOURCE drops in for a quick visit? Well let me tell ‘ya this morning the presence was so liquidly thick that it was absolutely indescribable. I felt like being bathed in a delicious warm nurturing something. I don’t know what. Needless to say it felt pretty darned good. Other than that it’s a perfect October day.

  38. Something has definitely changed here on the Texas Gulf Coast where I live. (Galveston Bay) We have had totally cloudless, clear blue skies for 4 days in a row. For years now, after one day of such a sky the chemtrail planes would be out the next day crisscrossing up above and spraying like crazy. I’m hoping this means that the chemtrailing has finally stopped. That would be wonderful!

    I’ve been telling others out there that are not fully awake that we need to be working on forgiveness now. It’s funny how many of them say “Yeah, you’re right.” During the lock down, I was doing one of those word memes on facebook where you look for the first three words that you see. Mine were “lesson”, “love” and “forgiveness” in that order. And now, that’s what we’re working on during meditation! I considered it then as the final thing I needed to be working on in my journey and now here y’all are confirming that. Love and light to all. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the party and having some of that key lime pie!

  39. Had a dream where it was the end of school. We all packed up everything. I was frantically looking for something. I teleported to my locker and it was there. When I teleported to the classroom, only the teacher was still there. I helped her clean out her teacher’s room (it was more like her house). And Since I’ve woken up, I’ve been very happy.
    The last thing I need to do apparently is learn to stop relying on tech so much.

  42. I am feeling new ascension symptom. It began yesterday, I am feeling electric surge going just below my left thumb area, and to the elbow. It is like being electrocuted, and as electrical engineer, I very well know how it feels, the highest voltage I touched one time was 6kV, but it was low current 😁

    I first sensed some spasm in that arm, it was a day before yesterday, but yesterday it was like holding the high voltage wire then letting it go, then again…, I am used to touching 220V, but this feels like higher voltage, anybody else ?

    1. Perica. Yes, I had it in my right arm about five days ago. It was like mini electric shocks. It went away by the next day. Not had that before.🤔☺️

  46. Thanks ALL for update 2. You confirmed what I suspected. For me it is a very subtle process which, I suspect, will pick up speed as it progresses. First transcendental experience for today: I was sitting in the cart in this gentle drizzle enjoying the profound quiet when suddenly I started getting downloads of the new plants that are going into the newly-prepared area. My mind was soaring! What fun!

    Or are we on our own here in this now? I postponed my medical procedure until later this month. Perhaps we will be in the Rinse and Spin cycle by then. 😉

    I am feeling joyful this morning, recalling the birth of our youngest son, our Rainbow baby [=a child born after a stillborn baby or pregnancy loss, for those not aware of the term] 26 years ago. Yes, a Rainbow! In the 12.5 years between the loss of our full term, stillborn daughter, we adopted a beautiful son and daughter from Mexico who have enriched our lives in so many ways. I am so Grateful to Source for my three living children and the daughter who returned home early. I have pictured her as her youngest brother’s guardian angel. But now I also know that it was my choice for this lifetime’s Life Lesson to lose a child. I am so glad that lesson is over and I wish it on no one. But it brought me, ultimately, to being an empath, to spirituality, to Source and to the connection with all of you beloved Souls. We are ONE! ❤ ❤ ❤

      I had an ’empty sac’ pregnancy a couple? of yrs after the birth of my daughter – I had to collect and bring it to the hospital with me after it self-aborted – – perfect pregnancy structures, but no one ‘home’ residing within – no one told me anything about it or that I evidently could and did have post partum physical and mental effects from it for 6 mo to a yr afterwards – I did have enough awareness, at the time, that it was a lesson or ‘someone’ just changed their mind about incarnating into the life situation we were in at the time– nothing ‘black ice’ around it now – just interesting what life ( or yourself ) arranges to throw at you at times of your life….
