Here we go again.

Just to reiterate…

We’re running a fresh set of Rolling “Balloon” Meditations (RBMs) starting today, each at 11:11 am/pm. Note that the RBMs aren’t group meditations, per se; they’re all of us doing the same thing at similar times, loosely assembled, rolling this spiritual action all around the world over time. This causes maximum effect. Even ETs are joining in, now.

WHEN

Wed. 9/15 through the Equinox on Wed. 9/22

11:11 am/pm (your local time)

WHAT

We’re ‘blowing up’ a ‘SOURCE balloon’ in the same ‘giant body’ that represents all those in and on the earth. Once you imagine it, it’s pretty easy to do it again, quickly. As you inhale, think “SOURCE,” and then exhale through a small aperture in your lips, such that your air: 1. Makes a noise like a jet/rocket, and 2. Your exhalation is fairly slow (vs. all at once), such that your expelling air lasts about 10-15 seconds. Blow up the balloon with about seven SOURCE breaths, then pop it (releasing the energy).

After that, you’re free to freelance, adding energy to whatever you want.

UPDATE: You only have to do this once per time/target. It typically takes us about 10 mins total, maybe less… then you’re done. It’s not necessary to do it repeatedly, as all expressions of SOURCE are MAXIMAL; these actions go to INFINITY instantly.

An important healing reminder. As people get sick(er) from the shot (it’s starting to happen now), remind them that there is still hope — lots of it — and a way out of this mess. While there’s nothing we CATs can do to heal their situation… that’s because ~AM and the Archangels already did. Remember the escrow healing accounts?

If the person who’s sick because of the shot admits to SOURCE that they made a mistake getting the shot in the first place (putting faith in fear and not in SOURCE), they can then go into meditation and access that (free) reservoir of SOURCE healing that was created for this very purpose:

YOUR HEALING ESCROW ACCOUNT

This is coupled to the person’s free will, so THEY have to take steps to heal themselves (which is really healing their minds). Encourage people you know who express fear or remorse about what they’re done (don’t push them, let them come to you) that there is still hope. SOURCE WANTS people to take these steps; there is no punishment in SOURCE. LOVE does not punish. In fact, it’s very possible that all this happened for the express purpose of getting people back and centered on the SOURCE path. Everything happens for a reason.

NOTE: This will NOT help people get to the New Earth/the higher timelines, etc., but it can ameliorate their physical conditions and help them survive. There are no guarantees with this. You get out of it what you put into it. For some, this will be an almost magical spiritual pivot, but… ya gotta try.

WHOA. Can you folks feel the level of energy from the latest 11:11 healings?

~AM was kindly given various gifts over recent months from various Archangels… but the latest one from AA Gabriel (an interdimensional trumpet, based on the epic original given him by SOURCE) brought them all together. ~AM, who’s also a musician, synthesized the AA gifts into one instrument (much to the AAs’ surprise), and tried out this horn in our latest meditation, asking SOURCE and J and his AAs to join with him in putting air into it… and… wow. You may have felt it. He used it on other things, too. This will be very interesting.

Note: ~AM didn’t tell us the above to be posted here (it certainly wasn’t intended to be bragging). We bought it up as it is our creativity and “sideways thinking” that SOURCE finds so interesting and valuable about Our Extension (i.e., those who are part of ONE). There are many many other SOURCE Extensions, each with their own gift.

Some people don’t have this quite right.

We’re not doing this coordinated meditation purely to get away from 3d. We’re basically (re)introducing SOURCE energy into everyone to: 1. Remind them of their SOURCE connection, their spirit within, which wakes them up and makes them feel like doing the right thing (it’s literally an awakening), and 2. Heal their minds (of a lot of things). In some cases their bodies will be healed. Don’t put any specificity of what YOU want for yourself into this action; that’s Service to Self (STS). This needs to be a purely STO operation. Otherwise, it’s not much better than what the PTW are doing.

When you imagine blowing up the balloon, don’t anything but: “Healing/SOURCE Transmutation, w/Perfect Outcome.” Say it just once, SOURCE isn’t dumb and has a really good memory. Then leave the details to SOURCE; trust that SOURCE will do the right thing with the energy, for those getting it.

Serious heads-up. We’re in a kind of timeline storm. There are countless ones at the moment. Lock in to SOURCE and hang on.

Aha. Leaving solipsis… by way of ellipsis…

There are LOTS of timelines right now. So many… timeline jumps and mini and micro jumps all over the place… but they are all twisting into bigger and bigger timeline motifs… which will eventually, inherently split. It’s a temporary split, but a necessary one. This Rolling Balloon meditation of ours is having its intended STO effect… of driving people and beings in this locality to their places for the next Act. While those on the STS side think they are STS, they actually have a kernel of STO within. This is SOURCE. It can never be destroyed, so… you might as well embrace it. You’ll have to eventually. It’s the genius of SOURCE in action. What happens now depends on what side of the STS/STO fence you want to be on. It is as simple as that.
