Remembering SOURCE: Task #3 [UPDATE2]

Since we know people love having something to do… here you go, our first Task in a long while. It’s an easy one. And the most powerful. We’ve saved the best for last.

THE PITCHER OF LIGHT

Imagine anyone you want, who’s currently alive, in front of you. Place your hands on either side of their head, like you’re blessing them, and think:

You are perfect immortal spirit, brother, whole and innocent.
All is forgiven and released.
REMEMBER  SOURCE.

Then pour a pitcher of light on their head. Fast or slow, it’s up to you. Some people/beings may require more light, but your pitcher is ever-full.

This prepares the way for SOURCE for that person. It also heals their mind and body. This is how Brother J healed people, by reminding them of their connection to SOURCE, that they’re actually spirit inside a(n illusory) body, reminding them that they’re an Extension of SOURCE and therefore immortal and indestructible.

Do this for everyone you can think of. It’s ideal for the sick — esp. if you can do it in person (with their permission!), but it’s also effective on those in your family (which is really everyone), political leaders, MSM talking heads, etc. We even did it to entire towns and cities, and the Earth herself. Those you do this for will have their own reactions to it, as it’s a blessing. [Note: Those who worked to master their SOURCE Rainbow Suit in the past meditation will have the easiest time with this.] You’re literally limited only by your imagination.

And yes, some people will need a bucket of light, but we have that in stock.

That’s it. Let us know if you have any questions. You have the power to do this NOW.

Please note that you may feel tired after doing this ten times in a row (or more); just rest and start again. It can be a bit draining, but you’ll recharge. Be good to yourselves. (And yes, in a way this is a Baptism of Light.)

[P. S. This arises from a meeting the CATs and M’s had with ~AM about some CATs’ reaction to one commenter who was having trouble meditating and finding “proof” of what’s actually real. We meditated on it and this was Brother J’s gift to us all.]

UPDATE1

Don’t forget to do this on people who make your blood boil. You only have to do it once, for everyone you do it for. This one act alone will help The SHIFT happen that much faster… and perhaps make November less bumpy.

UPDATE2

Two things:

  1. Some of us have been adding this at the end: “Remember SOURCE is inside you.” And then we POUR extra light so the gooey light dissolves their heads and goes all the way to that point of SOURCE in the solar plexus.
  2. CAT7 had a good idea. For certain individuals (and regions and cities) that need not be identified, after you douse them with light, put them on “auto-deluge” and then walk away. Leave the “light waterfall” running, as it were. We just did that for DC and it seems to work well. 😉

I have done a form of this for a while, often with all who come to mind, sent to the planet, all life, all souls, I imagined a giant bubble machine with Source sphere bubbles once. I like this exercise, not at task at all, count me in! I’ve felt these recent whomps, I can relate to most all of them, aches & pains, exhaustion, exhilaration, insomnia, also more chi flow, vital energy activated, states of absorption in calm loving presence. I’ve been getting a lot of insights, downloads, blessings, I’m tuning in to my higher self, guides, and friends, I continue to have so many synchronicities with this community/ family. I will post more later, until then may you swim and rest in liquid light in Source

    1. Yes! This is such a neat synchronicity, as I did the mantra for all beings on the planet last night before having read this! I wondered, can we do this? I am just going to! HA!

      It has been a difficult couple of weeks, bringing up old body pains (kidney & pancreas stuff, gack!) It got so bad, I was feeling so toxic I had to ask AA Metatron & guides for some healing intervention. They all came through, I could sense them circled around my bed, and I felt much better after that. But I got the message: I really have been needing to upgrade my diet.

      So now I am eating healthier, no more alcohol, and cut way back on meat and sugars. Not going cold turkey or saying anyone else has to, but just me. When the alternative is physical body pain, that is great incentive!

      And now this wonderful challenge tool! Thank you so much CATS! Light all around!

        The information for a marvelous, Lifesaving and simple thing called “Long Herbal Infusions” came back to me this week!?
        Simple, inexpensive, and so nutritious our bodies stop craving anything unhealthy.

        Search youtube for: Susun Weed, long infusions (Yes, she keeps the sun in her name — she spells it Susun 🙂 )
        Her videos are brief and very informative, she shows you how and tells you of the benefits and types of herbs and why.

        Also, on her website, Kathleen Wildwood has a lot of useful info on the Long Infusion.

        Both women are longtime, bigtime Herbalists with deep know how. 🙂

Gramma B~ Hi, regarding synchronicities, I was with you sending out planetary healing on that night, and gosh there are so many times that there are shared images, thoughts, experiences, among us all, as well as ones I’ve had, it’s uncanny, and we each were led here, some , by what are seemingly odd coincidence, yet there are no coincidences. I was also being nudged by compassion, and feeling for the anonymous meditator, wanting some proof. I sat in meditation and had some words to share and later, when I got back on the computer, Angela, Lily, Christopher, Perica, kolibri, coriboy, M5, and others had offered support, encouragement, some in the same words.     I did it yesterday before sleep at 11 people. My neighbours who are in bad heath conditions and my childrens and mate ,grandchildrens and my husband.
    Then I was fall in sleep, suddenly hear someone knocking on our window and waked up with the noise, but nobody was there. ***strange***

    Today I will continue with the light pitcher gor our group here.
    I was very tired yesterday evening, after visiting our neighbours, coming home and reading here.

I did not sleep well as a most off the nights, actually, now when I think off it, I do not remember when was the last time I slept through the whole night uninterrupted, huh, but at one point off me waking up and going back to sleep, just briefly, I see white bright lite in the sky, circular shaped object thru the window, friends visiting my neighborhood, probably, I thanked them and went back to sleep, I was not in a shape to wake up and take a better look, ohh well, maybe the next time ✨

  4. Thank you so much to everyone who poured light on Elsie, myself and our home. It is funny but last night I watched her for a few minutes on the video monitor before bed and she was sleeping deeply, I’m sure I saw twinkles of light all around her!

    I poured light on family and friends and as many beautiful people here as I could, I will do more later, trying to remember everyone here!

    Such a beautiful task CATs and the timing is so perfect, giving assistance to many to hopefully wake who may have been sitting in the fence, just wonderful!🙏

    Any connection to baptism? I never was baptized but had some people in my life who were very distraught when they learned I wasn’t… 🤷‍♀️

    Had a dream the other night I was in “my” attic space (I don’t really have a physical attic space”. It was very bright. I was rummaging through a little trash and it felt kind of scary, kind of gross, weird packaged food and stuff…. but I found kittens!
    Been difficult to not get swept up in the anger that’s been floating around, so a pitcher of light to clear the trash in my attic would be greatly appreciated 🙂

    Also dreamed last night I was going to a school… was seeing people who have been a part of my life one way or another. It started snowing, which was odd considering it was a summer day. 🌞 ❄️ 🌞 ❄️ 🌞

I actually used it on 2 feral male cats about to go at it yesterday, “dumped” the pitcher of light over their heads and they ran down the stairs going separate ways! Now I’m doing it for Lily and Elsie and Lisa and what the heck even Cuomo! ;0 Thanks Cats!

  10. I have hesitated sooo much at writing this – I need to ask a question – it seems it has to be here and not a private missive to the CATs, Ms and ~AM. I so hesitate – seems so whiny…
    Each day I seem to get more numbing, less usability of body parts and mind things – visiony things and less useful seeming mind activity – plus the aspect of seeming to be living on more than a couple or 3 or 4 maybe timelines at once…
    What I need to know is whether or not I’m doing anything useful with y’all and the group – I can’t tell any more and what I used to do I can’t consciously or at least perceive anymore. Even the new assignment I go to start and fall asleep waking many hrs later – just don’t know if I’m being of use here anymore.
    I don’t need details, but can you tell me if I’m still being useful- I can’t tell and since yesterday there’s this pervasive sadness I’m not sure is mine at all or is ‘just’ the pervasive sadness out there of loss of self or their perceived? loss of self – not even sure what I mean…

    I just need to know I’m of use still – there are more things each day here that I can no longer do , I don’t want to lose whatever usefulness I have had with this group – I hope you can feel through this mismash and perceive what I’m asking, CATs, Ms and ~AM…? help?

If we are in some fashion a part of everyone and everything in our world, if we are in fact All One. Then the easiest way to help all those others is to shower love and grace on yourself. Pour that Light through you and on to everyone and everything else. The joy and well-being that unleashes is a wonder and a blessing and a gift and a help to all, including yourself.       1. love you, ‘lily’ thank you. the receiving of all your gifts of words and light feel more easily received than any receiving I’ve allowed myself in most of my life – for some reason receiving hasn’t been the easiest thing for me – you reminded me of when I found a person I could go to and trust as a slightly not orthodox therapist – can’t tell you all the line up of not usual things that got me to find and contact him – I remember telling him on my first visit probably that he could do anything,( I didn’t mean that literally and he knew that) just don’t be nice to me – I wouldn’t be able to handle that – the bravest thing I could let myself do was to let him help me on with my coat – lol I was over time sorry to see the warm weather come, so I didn’t have that excuse to allow even that human contact.

  11. I slept REALLY well last night, only one short wakeup a couple hours in, then on till morning…. rare.  
    Woke out of a dream presented as a miniseries of sorts, with a large cast, amazing costumes, continual plot twists and unlikely happenings leading on and on till the ‘finale’, where the main characters find themselves in an interestingly old and elegant house filled with curiosities.  

    There was a just-discovered/ activated mechanism/ key for a previously hidden doorway leading to a sort of vast warehouse of even more interest, with as much time as wanted to explore it all.  

    All the happenings before the discovery were an intricate puzzle of countless pieces… and the last piece (which had been there all along and not recognized – remembered? ) was handed to the main character(s) from the hand of what had seemed up till then to be one of the worst villains.

    Not too shabby a dream update following all those pitchers of light yesterday sluicing SOURCE far and wide!

  14. Cat Eds. Thank you so much for this. I needed some way of not missing anyone here, so I decided to start doing ten every evening starting with Lily and Elsie and going down from the top of all the folks that comment on this thread. Otherwise I will end up more befuddled than normal.
    I did all who look after this blog, Cats, Ms, AM, and Da Da in a communal shower of light as it was the only way I could think of doing it. This is going to to be a long project as I can think of so may people that need this.💖💖💖

I started today with the nincompoop in our woefully inadequate gubberment that has just decided we all have to wear masks whilst shopping in the UK. Shutting the stable door after the horse has bolted! I have bouts of breathlessness frequently nowadays without that utter bu%sh”t. Steam coming from my ears😤😡. I will stop bring Mrs Angry now and get to work on the numptys, leaving the light flow on auto is a grand idea. Ps. I would be very grateful if you could upturn a pitcher over me please. Don’t use the red one or I could end up with a cat on my head 😸💖💖💖

  15. First an update on my friend Peggy, for whom I asked your Love and Light in May. I worked the SOURCE suit meditation on her several times and her response was miraculous. She’s now at home on hospice, but continuing to improve. She sits in a wheelchair, on low-flow oxygen, and has been working in her garden on her bonsai trees and painting (she’s a remarkable artist.) Certainly an amazing journey from choosing to be removed from the ventilator and accepting the expected subsequent resulting body-death in May! I’ll share this pitcher of light with her and her dear husband Ernie, who has been thru so much on this journey of hope, despair and acceptance with her. I would ask that all who feel it appropriate, join me in this wonderful gift of healing and pour your Light over them.

    I also humbly ask for a Pitcher O’ Light for myself, if I may. These past months (years) of energetic upticks, WHOMPages and GRBs have taken their toll on this old body, especially joints and sites of old injuries.

    My heart is filled to bursting with Gratitude and Love for all my SOC family and for the endless work and support from CATs and Ms.

  16. Was just outside, and a cicada was in a nearby tree. They are maybe 2 inches long and can produce an ear-piercing sound with a vibrating a membrane. This was my lesson from nature today — imagine what we can do with our thoughts and feelings.

  17. I haven’t read thru all updates but just want to report that SOMEthing is shifting.
    1. After Light pouring on ex yesterday afternoon (others too but this specific example for this purpose) in the night I felt the odd sensation/feeling that we were/are together. In a regular no drama conflict kinda way. It was very weird feeling, not scary weird, just so THERE.
    2. Friend reported seeing effects reflected in physical 3d nature by things not perceivable.
    3. Other friend reporting sense memories of past events in this life, like she was there. (Made me think of my experience re ex)
    4. And today, just feeling things are shifting. As such i just had to do some grounding, clearing, breathing, physical therapy exercises, etc. Odd feeling. Not my usual emo. Just a feeling i had to reorient myself bcuz of something very new, slightly uncomfortable, requiring a realignment.

    Also, Am Pouring Remember Source Light for those who I see request here. Oh and the whole Earth. Etc. 😉

My beloved friends in Source, A special request for loving mantras and buckets of Source for my dear older sister, almost 74, a Reiki healer and retired nurse, brilliant, who recently has been experiencing some mental fog and confusion. She just went in for an MRI and was diagnosed with a cavernoma, a brain entanglement, that may or may not be the cause. They will not operate, due to some other health issues she has. This has left her depressed. I spoke with her at length earlier today and asked for her permission for those willing here to send her the reminder to Remember Source. She accepted gratefully. Her name is Anne M. and she lives in MN [we snipped the rest; too much info!]. CATS if you scan her you will see that she is a remarkable soul, loving and selfless. But this is the first time I’ve really feel it working and can sense the reaction on the other end.     1. It doesn’t matter if you have the person’s permission to do this — what matters ultimately is their Soul Contract agreement for this lifetime, and if your light pouring activities interfere in any way with that person’s contract — THEIR Higher Self WILL BLOCK YOUR LIGHT.
    And stop you from interfering.
    Stop you from imposing your free will, upon another’s free will.

    2. You will have reached a higher level (of your own soul evolution), when you can finally lose the dualistic, gender-separating term, “Brother”

    In 5d perspective, all other Beings are considered both masculine and feminine, as Source is.
    Peppering your mantras with “Brother”, is the most cringe-worthy 3d limiting thing you could possibly do…..toss it as well for jeezuz, if you want to move/evolve into equality.

    I realize of course that you are primarily a group of men, and you do not (yet) realize what you are perpetuating here.

    1. Sorry, but that’s Brother J’s term for everyone in The COURSE. There are no genders in spirit, we are all the same spirit. “Brother” is just a word. And you’re wrong again: CATs are a 50/50 mix of males and females.

      And you couldn’t be more wrong about free will. By having SOURCE inside you — since you are SOURCE — pouring SOURCE light on you does not interfere with free will at all. Besides… YOU CAN’T BLOCK LIGHT and love. Nothing can. All expressions of love are MAXIMAL.

    2. Lily. That’s fascinating about Uluru. We had the best experience there. It was raining and there was no one about when we went on a walk there. It’s a magical place. We thought it was so disrespectful to climb there and wouldn’t dream of doing that. I read a book about dreamtime and seem to remember something about a huge serpent creating the land. I’ve also read that the aboriginal people have been on the planet longer than any other races. Never heard about a magic box though. How wonderful is that. 😲😊🌈💕

  36. I did this exercise to my (soon-to-be Ex) husband. Ironically he is out of town and calling more than usual now…. /smh His pitcher was very thick and goopy. Any idea why? Thicker for people less spiritual / less light? Its curious

  37. Just wanted to extend an extra thank you to EVERYONE for the last few days (centuries?)
    I was able to do some light pouring work, consciously, this morning – I did assume I had done SOMETHING during sleep and wipe-out times, just ‘things’ got to me all at once the last day or so when so many capabilities were disappearing so fast with this body.
    I feel better – thank you for the light.

    I guess I’ll just say when I thought of extending the light I ended up putting my hand in SOURCES ‘hand’, holding a SOURCE size pitcher of never-ending light and dousing a whole line of Earths, why be stingy with just the one this me is on, eh? 🙂 There might have been more, I don’t remember…
    I had to remember to accept the light myself first – it helped that y’all doused me so well, I’m sure – I’d forgotten that I was told so often, everything I experienced when young was my fault (it started in early infancy) I forget how deep that programming could have gone. I forget sometimes, even though we choose our life paths that things can get carried away and others that agreed to play some hard roles can often get pummelled themselves by life and act differently than pre-life intended…
    Anyway, I had been receiving a no-ing from family when putting feelers out since this was put forward, but sort of remember something was done with SOURCE in that area early this morning – being blocked as to remembering what and why, but I’m ok with knowing that much..

    Again… THANK YOU, ALL – we are LIGHT. awk, they made me say that or I made me say that – whatever… lol

      In my imagination, I've been holding my hands on either side of individuals, couples, families, clans, yards, neighborhoods, districts, blocks, areas, counties, states, countries, systems with everyone connected to them (ex: U*N, and agen*da *30*, i*r*s, fed#res, etc.) groups, humanity as a whole, visiting ali*iens, those mysterious factions in-on-around Solaris the Cats showed us, each planet known and unknown whether demoted or not…

      I started small, with one person. Then, wile I was doing another person, their spouse wanted in on it too, then families, clans, etc.

      I LOVE using unlimited pitchers, buckets, etc. along with ongoing/evergoing waterfalls, sprinklers, etc. I tell each one that when they awaken they can turn it off if they choose to. I am leaving all of mine, gifts from you guys, on indefinitely!!!! And I THANK YOU ALL. 🙂

      Start small, and ALLOW for it to grow, naturally. I get bigger to allow for the greater scale.

  43. I hope I’m not too late. I could use some light sent my way. Hitting some negativity again. Kinda hard. Was meditating daily. Reading a book you Cats recommended to me. Trying hard to let negative things go. Was doing well. But the last few weeks have been going downhill kinda fast right after I injured my thumb at work. I’ve been practicing “forgiving” and told my wife a few days ago about it. I gave examples and she got flustered and I got flustered No. I got internally angry. Got over it externally. Kinda. Then today my boss belittles me. I’m an apprentice in a trade at the age of 38. And just feel dumb. Like I’ll never be able to maintain a job because I’m too stupid. These are bits of the negativity surrounding. I promise once I get out of this, I too will continue sending light to others. But I can hardly think good of myself and can’t even send light my own way at the moment.

  45. Interesting, some people seem to be ‘leaking’ the light right out of their bodies. It’s like the whole body becomes a vessel for the light and they are really empty, but when I pour it in it just glug, glug, glugs right out of them somewhere around their feet. Had to ask AA Michael to ‘plug’ the holes so the light would actually stay in. Then they would fill up but there was gurgling going on, almost like they were drowning in a way. Like the light was a foreign environment for them…

    Hey, unrelated question. What causes those rocks to move in Death Valley? I always wondered about that.

    1. Anyone who’s ever camped near there can tell you. It’s the WIND. The wind blows a zillion miles an hour in the desert there. This blows all the dust away, so that “playa” is totally smooth. Then during certain times, the dew gets heavy enough to make a kind of slippery surface… and then the wind pushes the rocks. It’s also not really flat, there’s a gentle grade there, so gravity helps. But it’s the wind that drives it. One CAT remembers watching some friends’ dome tent blowing away and tumbling into the night because they both (foolishly) got up to go to the bathroom! around there you can’t stake the tents because the ground is either too hard, or too sandy.
