The best defense is a good offense. Give this a try — gently.

CATs have snoopers around constantly, like we’re up to something, or something. We are, of course. It’s been this way for years. Whenever one of us ‘turns the light on’ in meditation… here comes a snoop, a gaggle of spirits, something nasty — and in some cases, all of the above. Anyway, last night one of us had enough. (Guess who.) Those CATs and M’s assembled had just started their meditation and ‘turned their lights on’ last night… and within a short time we ‘heard’ a craft vector in, this time accompanied by the chop-chop-chop of a DHS military helicopter in tow. [eyeroll]

Rather than mask us, or repel their actions, or send light, or ask for help, or buy them an ice cream (or ignore them, ahem)… ~AM tried something more direct. He spontaneously reached out with a hand of SOURCE light and GRABBED THE HEART of the pilot in the lead craft and thought ‘SOURCE‘ — then grabbed the rest of the crafts’ occupants, each in turn, thinking ‘SOURCE‘ each time. They. Took. Off. Couldn’t get away fast enough. And each of them is now changed forever.

Then we all did it — for the interlopers and anyone we could think of. (NOTE: It’s been really quiet ever since.)

So! Rather than meditate-for-this and pray-for-that because of Thing X, just cut to the chase and GRAB THE HEARTS of those who need grabbing. Think about anyone who’s having a problem — or making a problem — reach out and GRAB their hearts and think ‘SOURCE‘ — but don’t SQUEEZE. You don’t want to kill anyone. This act will instantly remind the grab-ee of who they really are, not to mention get their attention PDQ. Watch how quickly things change.

We did it for those who need it (whom we know), then for those who NEED IT but probably don’t want it! Too bad. You’re getting it, anyway.

UPDATE1 ~ Same Day

Looks like we had a jump today, from 10:30 to 1:00 pm PDT, and some odd energy. Some CATs reported feeling tired, and a few were nauseous. Same ol’ Wave X thing.
