It is time for this to be posted. This is a working document, not a unilateral pronouncement. We are all equal in its creation. If you have any (positive) suggestions, let us know in the comments. We’re trying to keep it simple.

DECLARATION OF HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE UNIVERSE:

~ Rules for Dealing With Humans ~

1. Humans are equal, sovereign beings OF SOURCE, spiritually equal to all beings, and to themselves.

2. Humans will be treated as co-creators.

3. Humans have the right to say no.

4. Humans own all parts of themselves, as well as their complete past, and their future.

5. Humanity’s planet is Earth: Original Earth and New Earth. All *positive* vibrational beings are welcome here. Negatives and neutrals must go elsewhere, where they can be better served.

6. Humans officially prohibit humans, or the Earth, from being used as an experimental or exploitative platform of any kind, for any reason. Those who wish to experiment or exploit must go elsewhere, where they can be better served.

7. The Earth will be enjoyed ONLY by those who have her greatest good in mind. All others must go elsewhere, where they can be better served.

8. Humans will only work with positive beings who have our collective and individual greatest good in mind. Negative and neutral beings must go elsewhere, where they can be better served.

9. Humans will be allowed to grow, evolve, and prosper.

10. Humans officially ask for inclusion as a Sovereign Group in the Galactic and Universal Hierarchies, with all rights and covenants therein.

UPDATE1

Well… this is working. Between this and what the SuperFriends did, negatives and neutrals are nowhere to be found on earth. People are reporting all kinds of missed meetings with beings who they thought had their greatest good in mind, but clearly didn’t. If you run into any negs/neuts in your meditations, just G+P+C and then read the the Human Declaration to them and tell us what happens. Lots of ETs in our vicinity are in denial about losing their Earth Free Pass, including various factions of “sphere beings.” Boo hoo.

Note: We tweaked the name a bit “DECLARATION…,” along with the first clause, which now reads, “spiritually equal.” We are not equals in terms of vibration.

UPDATE2

We were toying with the idea of creating a second energy cordon from the earth to the edges of the solar system FOR NEUTRALS… but figured this might cause a war. In the interests of peace, we will leave the NEUTRAL cordon where it is (surrounding the earth), and will modify the expansion of said cordon depending on how well various groups get along with other groups — including humans.

That said, note that there is an energy cordon around the entire solar system against any kind of NEGATIVE beings. If any NEUTRALS go negative (and they know what this means), they will find themselves immediately detained and under the jurisdiction of the Space Police (yes, there really is a Space Police, heretofore “SP”), judged and sentenced accordingly. After serving said sentence, they will be eligible for reinstatement. However, second infractions will result in PERMANENT IMPRISONMENT, or worse. The SP reserve the right to change the level of punishment for first-time infractions of a serious nature. (The SP get their orders/instructions/advisements from Spirit and SOURCE.)

Please don’t ask us (yet) how the SP rules work. They’re very confusing. It would take a year to understand their rules of engagement; we’re trying to get our heads around their “rules of war,” now. (NOTE: Humans will better understand this system once one of us gets to that level and agrees to join the SP.)

While you might think this is a puny internet announcement, the above notice has been officially posted by our higher-order SuperFriends on ALL the “billboards” across the galaxy. (These are like higher-vibrational message boards; there is a main one for the galaxy, believe it or not, and of course lots of subsidiary ones all over.) We could have it posted all over the universe, but there’s an energy charge, so we’ll leave that for a (much) later date. Hey, we’re just learning how this works, too.

      To finally come to the moment in my lifetime where I am able to read these carefully selected and so very important words in the paragraphs above, is sooo huge. It’s something that I’ve longed to see in print and read for a long time…
      I am so deepley grateful for this and to me, this follows the truth and justice timeline for both our beloved Earth and for us Humans. To rise up and take a gigant leap forward.
      Three days ago, I got the words “remain in your own power” from my higher self. I get the same words today along with a nod and a gentle smile – this declaration from you CATs is HOW we will remain in our own power from here on…

      There's A LOT of creepy, weird, even horrifying stuff being purged out of the planet and out of us humans right now. And it's mostly all in the 4th density collective unconscious, which is where most if us go in our dream state. So these visions in your dreams could be your way of "seeing" what's really, actually happening on the etheric level. And the zombies could be either literal or metaphoric, whichever seems most resonant for you.

      1. That’s something we don’t talk about much. It happens with us, too. There are *things* in our subconscious that can masquerade enough as a living thing to BE a living thing. Thought takes form in action, so all kinds of things show up. That’s why it’s so important to learn the technique of identifying what ACIM students call “attack thoughts”: When you have one, STOP and label it immediately — “ATTACK THOUGHT!” — attach a weight to it and drop it to the center of the earth. We like to think of ourselves as fairly advanced spiritual students (of say sophomore or junior levels), but we still have attack thoughts here and there (esp. when we’re driving). They slow down as you purge yourself. So it goes…

        1. I like the weight drop. When I’ve done some “good”, I would get the occaisional attack dream. So when I woke I would state out loud, “not mine”. Now I use The “coursian” or I Am Light/Love, I Am. They seem to work very well. For We Are 1. Peace.

      1. Neutrals are those who are not negative, with negative intentions, or Positive, with positive intentions. They are in their own worlds, and don’t care about anyone else but themselves. It’s a form of selfishness and had grown far too strong here the past XXXX years. We finally pulled the plug on them ALL when we caught so many of them actively experimenting on us and jockeying for position, post-SHIFT. They are not welcome on The New Earth. It will be interesting to see if they’re allowed on the (then dead) Old Earth, after The SHIFT. OR… SOURCE has something else for them to do, should they choose to accept it…

  18. This ties into what I’ve always said: we’re on earth doing this ascension aka ultrathon of decades in the desert with shoelaces tied to eachother and a spoon in our mouth with a marble on it, they’re floating in space.
    In other words: any et or non-human telling me what to do or how I should be doing things on earth as a himan can buzz off. If they were as cool as us, they would be humans. Quod non.
    There is a reason why we were chosen to come here. One of those reasons is because we can do it alone without any external help.
    Just us and Source, a direct line.
    An Olympic athlete doesn’t turn to an non-athlete sipping a cola in the crowd asking how to win. Neither will I ask any et floating in space how to live on earth.
    And when I win the Olympics, I’m taking a looooong and well deserved break on NE.
    Faaaaaaaaaar away from any spaceship or whatever vehicle et’s use.
    Sure I have a background as an et, we all do. Yet…This time I’m human.
    A sovereign being, free and independent.
    We all are.
    May our Declaration of Independence ring throughout the Universe and be respected by all. Failure to do so will result in the most vicious technique of torture in the form of watching musivideos by the German synthband Modern Talking on repeat to the point of complete surrender. Longest standing record: 37 seconds.

    1. Yes, several have suggested this. And the CATs had a discussion on it. The consensus is that this isn’t necessary for this document. Why? In the previous case where this *was* necessary, those who were involved were NOT Positives; they were cagey Neutrals trying use use loopholes to their advantage. Well, the Neutrals and Negatives are no longer on the playing field. (As you can also see in Sophia Love’s latest email newsletter!) And while The Proclamation is worded to Negatives, Neutrals, AND Positives alike, it’s written mostly for Positives to show how we’ve grown up. And Positives definitely have our greatest good at heart. The LOVE we’re feeling from them is palpable. In the end, the exact wording of this document doesn’t matter. It’s the spirit. The fact that a percentage of humans took this step and that it’s slowly being recognized by other humans is enough to make good things happen. You who read and follow this blog have a lot to look forward to. 😉

  23. I had a series of sequential dreams this mid-morning (trapped in my de-flating-inflatable bed, lol ) Had to get help pulling me out. 🙂
    Dream~~ I was looking into the activity in a previously abandoned house by a river (fast flowing muddy river) – a family ( a man was holding a baby) and maybe a few friends had taken it over, fixing it up to start a passion project – it seems like I talked with the gal a long time about it – kept thinking I’d ask my daughter about it, if it was her, when I got up – now doesn’t feel so. The project seemed at first like making different modalities or avenues for deaths or assisted suicides available – now don’t think it was the later – the energy is different – more like different avenues – Hmmm, different roads/paths for transitioning from this life/living to – done with this life/living… ” ‘NEXT’ “…

  27. O brother. In Sophia Love’s latest newsletter, she talks about her Pleiadian friends “failing to appear” to her on two recent (post-Purge) occasions. (Because they’re toast?) Then she went on to have someone on the Spirit side say that the “P’s”… weren’t the Pleiadians. [eyeroll] Classic damage control.

      2. Tonight the feeling of looking at myself from outside my body while I am still in it I have had this one other time but it was very quick. I have done OBEs when asleep but they felt quick too. Tonight it just wants to stay that way. Okay lol. Before this I had the feeling of being a doll or chess piece just being moved around.

      4. Ugh is right. But my heart isn’t flopping…it’s totally blocked and locked down by something. Feels like a thick metal plate. I’ve been trying to un-whomp it myself for 2 days. Any suggestions or assistance appreciated. It’s so heavy it’s changing my posture, leaning me towards my feet.
        Odd aside: Something also tried to come up my right arm a few days ago, while I was getting clearing assistance actually (the nerve of this junk!). I and she both immediately stopped it. But my right hand now has a reddish purple rash on back of it, (looks like psoriasis) and I can’t seem to get whatever this junk was out of my hand. Has anyone experienced this?

        1. Purging something through the skin? Try Gaia, gardening in the dirt, can’t hurt. Works for me on many occasions. Then some pure coconut oil. Drink Much spring water, not from plastic. Peace.

        2. Ok. I think you need to go to the doctor if it doesn’t stop. We saw it like a Potassium and electrolyte thing. Yes, part of it is clearing a blockage (spiritual component), but part feels physical too (this can happen a lot). I hope you feel better.

          I had a news letter from Sophia, the one headed Intergalactic Trolls. I was curious to know what she wanted to say. Started to read it, got past the first two lines and it completely disappeared in front of my eyes! I checked trash and junk folder but nope, it had completely gone. My fingers were nowhere near the keyboard when I started reading!

              The entire contents of my laptop desktop vanished today. Hundreds of documents, audio files and photos, just poof – gone. With no remotely plausible catalytic event of any kind. I assumed it was my own Higher Team, just divesting me of still more 3rd density tethering influences. But I'd be very interested to learn if this is a widespread phenomenon that others are also experiencing.

  29. I read the proclamation, and when I went to bed I reinforced it by stating that all contracts, help, agreements etc. with ALL ET races are to be cancelled immediately.

    I added some extra parts but this was the thrust of the message. I petitioned brother Michael to help me with this.

    An hour later I feel terrible. Stomach pains, head pains, skin raw, worst restless legs ever, nausea, feverish. Even after catching a little dream time ut was seeing my dead dogs head on a plate 😦

    What’s happening? I’m applying GPC too.

    1. I felt sudden nausea last night as well, Mark, around 11 pm CDT! Dizzy, felt like I was going to throw up, weak, had to go to bed quickly. My son is dealing with that horrible itchy rash all over his body, I am trying the no eggs thing, oatmeal baths help, aloe spray, the poor guy is suffering…starting him on Apis Mellifica homeopathic today, we’ll see…

It’s the vessels we live in ….the energies can be a bit to much for them…. yet it’s the perfect environment for the spirit Source in us to awaken ignite us …… surrender to the heart allowing passions to flow from source through the vessel ….. acceptance of all inward energies….. allowing the inner to filter into the outer…… this will ward off any energy ills…… the vessel has a low energy and higher energies will cause distress unless your inner is balancing us…..We need to live from our center inwardly not outwardly…… if we allow the outer to drive our inner we become ill in vessel…. we must allow the inner source to rise our energies and this will supersede all lower energies balancing the vessel/body out…. so it can flow move ……. allowing your body to be saturated with pure life passion Source energy….. disable the outer, enable the inner…… center home is inward our heart our source!

    I’ve been watching The Family – it seems to present a group of people who feel they’re a positive force and Chosen to do God’s work, simply by being bold and In Charge. Who we might refer to as “the powers that were.” On the surface this certainly seems true, but it’s difficult to say how much they’re aware of the exploitation of the planet they’ve persisted, or the lives they’ve harmed through their actions. It’s God’s Work and they are the Chosen Ones, after all. I’d be curious to see their reaction if they were presented with such a thing. Would they agree? Would they understand? I’m not sure they would, but I know their time is done.

Welp… this afternoon my back/spine antenna crumbled… If I move a mm or so the wrong way in any direction I add a loud unpleasant noise to the universe – sorry universe – I’ve blown up my bed again and am using a ‘two rotating blobs w/ heating element’ that’s intended for the neck, on different complaining areas and I have to walk like ladies in the past that had their feet bound… mincy, mincy, mincy… 🙂
    I’m Shepard sitting tomorrow which pleases me greatly as it frees me from diaper changes on a pad on the floor and using a window sill to crawl up afterwards. Diaper changes with a 70 lb, 4+ ft 4 3/4 yr old Autistic Amazon gal is not well paired with spinal issues, even though she IS cooperative. (commiserations, Lily )
    I love this word picked up long ago and reinforced by my last landlord’s heritage – so I’ll use it … kvetching, in some circumstances is good for the soul and used in moderation can be relaxing – I wish I could remember what he said about it – something like there needed to be a certain quota of judicious kvetching used per day. reason being – I can’t remember, but it was great… 🙂 Ahhh, feel sooo much better, lol…

    My daughter just brought me some melatonin her fiancee brought home from work(expired/clearance); it used to not work for me, but I’m willing for it to aid in some healing ( non-P’s – most likely Brother J’s and SOURCE) sleep before early departure to canine care…
    Here’s to everyone getting a new spine on NE, (sooo many meanings, lol) – lovely strong, flexible, cooperative and non-painful…

Thank you, Cat 2, for the reminder – she (grddghtr) is often barefoot in the back yard amusing herself part of the day – she has had some changes in what she wants me to do with energy with her – less pushing her head back on strongly before the energy fountains – more pull-off energy fountains – did some energy field upward strokes followed by fountaining the other day – she liked it. Her mother seems to have a bad attitude about me doing anything like that with her; I don’t do any of unless she asks for it placing my hands and initiated actions- daughter grew up with it so don’t know why she objects now.
        She said the other day I am being mean to her daughter – that saddens and bewilders me.
        Will do more groundings (with permissions) with all members, and me.

      Hve you tried Bach flower remedies for sleep/healing, they are very good 😀 Sending muchus sympathies and healing and love!❤️

      I pulled my back out a couple of weeks back, thank goodness it was nothing permanent (fingers crossed!) but yes changing nappies is not fun. ‘Elsie’ also has a pad on the floor and her output (please excuse the tmi) is frequent, sometimes it feels like all I do all day is clean up poo! oh and getting up after off the floor, pheweee! I have permanent rough red patches on the tops of my feet where I have been kneeling on the floor…

      Hang on in there, we must be sooooo close now! Maybe we had to take our power back before this shift could happen fully ❤️🙏❤️

    1. I don’t want to live in bliss. I want to live in peace and have things stop f*cking with me and my friends and family all the time. I just want to BE. I’ll be The Man Who Planted Trees and live to a ripe old age with my dog and get closer to SOURCE and not think about this 3d world ever again. As it is, I’m probably gonna have to live a “cool-down” lifetime just to rid myself of the ‘anticipation of attack.’ It’s all touchie-feelie crystaly in the unicorn new age world. But the things the CATs have seen, the things those *things* have tried to do… wow. It’s like living in an ET insane asylum. And then seeing our SuperFriends in action dealing with them… man. utterly amazing. But it’s very stressful.

      2. @M6 Peace! I get ya, I want the same thing. To live in peace w/ my friends/family and grow old (kinda ;p) w/ my dog. Girls typically don’t like growing old. Lots of hair dye, cream and lotion to stop that aging process. LOL. Just trying to make you smile thru your hard times.

        In my world, everyone lies to me and is deceitful just to get something from me or be near me and half the time I fall for it. So i want to be living in a world where people are nice and don’t use others for gain or greed. Honesty is my peace.

  35. Hmm, after reading about the magnetic field tanking I wonder if related to my spine tanking – not sure times match at all, but??
    Spine has had most of my attention, but only mild forehead glue, but plenty of mastoid glue and rearward ear pressure (pressure only in interior rearward ear surface?).
    OK… I AM going to sleep now – I’m almost always 90% ‘to bed’ –

    Wanted to add my continued enjoyment of the cat-in-cone pic, for two reasons – I always smile just knowing someone is on the, ‘I will get you later, when you least expect it’ list because those cones worn, are so embarrassing and sooo undignified – two things you don’t subject a cat to without repercussions…

  36. As you can see from the comments, some of the CATs are a little tired. Our language and attitudes might seem occasionally rough, but they have their place. It’s been an amazing lifetime this time, tougher than most but do-able, provided you maintain an ontological flexibility. We get lots of help, and for that we are hugely grateful. While we look forward to the coming peace of The Green, we are still committed to the process, till its conclusion, and ready to take up our new posts as Protectors. We invite each of you to quietly reaffirm and embrace your own resolve to see yourself through this final phase, with love and grace and the eye of a cat ninja. We’re done trying to wake people up, and have moved into a new phase. Like CAT7 said, “We are off the farm team and into the majors.”

    in your opinions, how will this play out during the fall?

    i feel that many (more so than 2020) hammers will drop in 2019 as opposed to 2020.

    also, do you all still stand by what you said before about John-John?

    not trying to put anybody on the spot. curious to no end and want to see what others think/feel/intuit.

  41. Hello All!
    I have felt so much change this month, and very intense these last few days.

    Change #1: My best friend’s brother died in a glider crash a few weeks ago. He was only 33 years old. I have been doing my best to comfort my friend, and I have been in a bit of a funk.
    Change #2: In the last few days, my shoulders began to tingle – more so my upper back and back of my neck. I feel like I have been rewired. I guess that’s a good thing? Back in 2013/2014 my scalp tingled almost constantly. From then on out (or until now?), that is where Light energy entered my body.
    Change #3: My 18 month old is beginning to talk, and my 3 month old seriously wants to communicate. She (my 3 month old) looks me straight in the eyes and coos. You can tell by the look on her face that she is struggling to form words.
    Change #4: I feel more connected, but disconnected all at the same time. Yeah, I am a bit confused.
    Change #5: My husband has finally gotten help (yay!). He has been fighting alcoholism on his own for over a decade. His outlook on life is so much better now.
    Change #6: I no longer remember my dreams. Usually my dreams are intense and I remember all, parts or strong feelings from them – something. Now – nothing.

    There is probably more that I am forgetting. What a whirlwind, what a strange month. Doing my best to stay positive and go with the flow.

    Humanity’s Declaration of Independence is such a wonderful thing! Please count me in!!! Thank you CATS, M’s, DaDa, all of our HO friends and all of the wonderful SOC commenters! You have no idea how much you have positively impacted my life. I love you all! I consider you all part of my family.

  45. left home 6:45 am MDT for Shepard’s house took a nap – just wanted to let you know – here at least the birds are back and NOT on a chorus schedule – remaining, chattering, singing – maybe they are saying… “follow us” ❤

    Am in an inexplicable down, of some kind, mood – physically/emotionally – nothing comes up as a defining of the feelings – and don't think it's just the physical reactions to painful mobility – nothing fits.
    Maybe I'll take a nap with Brother J on a bed of SOURCE and see what happens…

  50. Dreamt that my clothing was disintegrating as I was trying to get dressed (oh well) and the fence boards were blown off the fence due to high winds. I think change is imminent. What that may be is anyone’s guess. Try to stay grounded and protected.
    Time to make more fig preserves for homemade fig newtons this winter. Cay

      1. Not a pretty sight at 63, but happy to be healthy. I will be taking a 10 day internet free/ time out while getting the hardwood floors done. Luckily I have started the “Anastasia” series by Vladimir Medre’ to keep me entertained. I will keep you all in my thoughts and expanding bubble of love/light in the interim and beyond. Cay

        3. I was wondering if anyone else here had read the Ringing Cedars books. A little uneven in the presentation (the author is not a writer), but much food for thought on a far better way to live a human life, based on the old, old Russian way. She has much to teach us. Enjoy!
