616: STO, STP, CHP ~ [UPDATE4]

So, this really works.

This was part of an earlier UPDATE, but it’s important enough to make it its own post. But first..

  • STO: Service to Others
  • STP: Super Terrestrial Patience
  • CHP: Clean, Healthy, and Pure

Thought we’d do a quick recap for those who mght be new to the site.

CHP

The PTW are officially spraying again, with worse things than before. However, Guides made a point of telling us something before this started up again, suggesting that besides asking Brother J to enjoy whatever it is you’re experiencing with him (drinking, eating, breathing, etc.), you should also add: “Brother J, please make [whatever it is] Clean, Healthy, and Pure [CHP].” Try it for small things: food, water, air. Then, when you’re feeling expansive, try it with the environment around your house, your neighborhood, your town, your hemisphere…

Considering you’re an Extension of SOURCE, you have huge power at your fingertips to affect your immediate environment — or anywhere you can think of. Anything you can think about, you can influence (as you’ve seen in yout “light pours”). After we tried this CHP technique on… certain things we can’t talk about… we got blue skies, whereas before there was serious chemtrail haze. (It was getting into our houses like smoke, it was so thick.) This CHP technique cleared things faster than any we’ve experienced.

Oh, crap. It made him FLUFFY.

UPDATE2

Rather than go back and forth on what’s happening with what timeline, we’re just going to put our trust in SOURCE. SOURCE has our greatest good in mind, and has everything under control, so… why worry? Just watch and remain calm.

UPDATE3

We don’t know what exactly is going on (no one does), but it seems we woke up this morning on the “all hell breaks loose” timeline. Yay. Buckle up.

FYI, we know Laura W. saw the FLASH coming from within, but we also see an external wave as well; once it hits, it fills you full of light (en-lighten-ment).  The process looks amazing.

  1. Thanks Cats. I use FLFE.net which acts as a high frequency shield around my property. Look into it. 2 weeks free to try. Also I have crystals/shungite/chem busters everywhere. I say grace & program my food/water:-)

      1. Not the original commenter, but “programming” the energies of anything you intake/use is one of the things taught in Hermeticism/Magick and anyone can do it.

        It’s simple: Before you drink water/liquids or eat food, just put “commands” on it in a sincere way, e.g. saying in your head/aloud “Let this food/water be blessed and be purified, and let it heal and purify me as well”. And any other mantra, or “I AM” mantra (e.g. saying in your mind “I am healed, I am purified, I am healthy, I am protected” while you hold the water inside your mouth before you swallow it or before you drink water) and so on.

        Basically, it’s the application of the principle of your thoughts affecting what’s around you, for all creations are interconnected; everything moves, everything vibrates, connected like a massive web, in which your thoughts, depending on how pure and powerful, can create enough vibrations in the web to affect those around you, in this case, the food/water. Hence lots of spiritual/religious teachings also emphasize purity in thoughts, since it’s just THAT powerful when used right and consciously.

      2. Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research on the receptivity of water on thoughts and emotions is also worth looking at if you crave more on the “scientific” side of things.

        Otherwise, Franz Bardon’s “Initiation Into the Hermetics” Step 1: “Conscious Intake of Nourishment” part can give you more details about this “Programming” techniques.

        And the same technique can even be applied to the air you breathe, particularly during meditation.

          1. Thank you CAT Eds and AzureLeaves! Yes I am familiar with Dr. Emoto. His research was the main thing that woke me up, when I put that together with the slit experiment of particles. I was blown away that I, my thoughts, could affect the world around me by just being here and observing (which is like intent). Lately, with the CHP reminder, I have been doing that for our meals and other people/things/events/locations when the occasion arises. ACIM Lesson 54 is also about this: “I have no neutral thoughts. Neutral thoughts are impossible because all thoughts have power. They will either make a false world or lead me to the real one. But thoughts cannot be without effects. as the world I see arises from my thinking errors, so will the real world rise before my eyes as I let my errors be corrected. My thoughts cannot be neither true nor false. They must be one or the other. What I see shows me which they are.”

              Spot on!
              Remember Masaru Emoto’s Rice Experiment?
              It is an excellent way to demonstrate the influence of our thoughts, both for children, and for the child within each adult.

              Three covered jars of 1/2 cup white rice. (I added water to just cover the rice in each of mine.)
              Label the jars Love, Hate, Neglect.
              (Some people did not want to use the word Hate, so they substituted their own equivalent.)

              Then, every time you see the jars, think I Love You to the Love jar, I hate you to the Hate jar, and simply ignore the Neglect jar. (Parents need to do this experiment! Children pick up on what the parents are thinking and feeling and respond like the rice does.)

              Surprise!
              The results are astounding, every time.
              Also, reliable.
              A good reminder.

    I think I’ve had Brother J on permanent ‘enjoy with me’ call line (except when I forget 🙂 ) The ‘I am’ mantras, too and re-enforce connection and residing in SOURCE a bit on permanent repeat. I’m still alive and semi-sane soooo… 🙂 – works for me…

    I feel I was doing something similar to CHP back in 2012 – with some other things I was doing that helped me and my environment – also on some group online ‘calls’ with thousands of others participating in a healing modality – someone found out it worked on those in the vicinity besides the one being worked on and they kept experimenting on expanding the participation range and it still worked even THAT much expanded – anyway the work with the Earth just started happening that year every time I was on one of those calls – spontaneously – couldn’t stop my body doing it – didn’t really try to stop it…and ended up doing some not consciously controlled work with Earth reality systems, nitty gritty details and energy structures – won’t even try to describe…

    Will carry on and add CHP-ing to my life…

  4. Did we just have another TLJ with the Supreme Ct. rejecting the Texas multi-state suit? Trying to remain positive. I don’t know How to state this in a way in which CHP can cover this. Feeling confused. Deep breaths.

        I, too, was concerned when I heard that the Supreme Court made it’s decision to throw out the Texas case, but… it must be a good thing if T intervened.

        It seems as though the mainstream is losing my interest as long as I feel that the T team knows what it is doing…while I immerse myself in these current energetic opportunities to download, upload, activate and expand into that which I anticipate will be wonderfully terrific and fulfilling for us all, worth all the work, and worth the wait…….

        1. Saw that many ET drones have been interested in chem/contrails lately. Taking samples, making sure ptw aren’t still trying to poison us all

  7. I spent the last two days in Amish country in Pennsylvania, dousing everyone in love and light and grace. I blessed the skies and watched chemtrails evaporate. I have been doing that for years. It is almost a hobby watching the trails evaporate. I spent the last 2 days encouraging people and surrounding them with bubbles of light. It was amazing how strangers would come to me and tell me their deepest regrets and grief, and I in turn gave them hope and laughter. Overall, a lovely two day trip, right when the big bad wolf decided to shut down all restaurants in P A until Jan 4.

  10. Lorie Ladd has said the monoliths are a precursor to a fake ET narrative which will hit the media soon to create more fear. (Latest Q&A) Just so everyone has the heads up if it does happen. We know they only report that which is of use to the powers that be, as a general rule. So carry on holding those hats while the tantrums continue. ❤️ So glad source is cleansing rain now.

    1. As one who rhapsodized about yesterday’s sunset, there are no chemtrails here over the farm. The sunset here was totally natural. Brilliant sunshine and crystal skies today.   15. Worked with SOURCE light pours, bubbles, flushes and CHP stuff with each family members – yes, included myself – duplex complex & neighbors in general and neighborhood this morning for a couple of hours? My time sense s*kks, lol… Oops, forgot the critters – later…
    Stopped when developing headache – not awful and may not be related to that at all, just all the regular ‘stuff’. I hope fam feels some ease as a result – I’ll (do) trust in SOURCE.
    I’ll do some more extensive/expansive CHP stuff laters…

  27. Saturday was an ok day. Did some Christmasy things with my mom and niece. Saw a spectacular sun dog on the way home. (Wish I could post a pic, but seems impossible with WP, though the picture doesn’t ever do it justice anyway.). My niece and I were hoping it was a portal that would take us away.

    But today has been a different story. Went to the office to take care of my work cats. There was a dead one near the building, a stray I wasn’t familiar with, and it looked like a dog had been digging near where I feed them. And my untame kitten wasn’t there which has me concerned. And then, when I got home, the skies have the most chemtrails I’ve ever seen here. (Again with the picture issue.). Curiously, when I check the flight radar, what’s being shown in no way computes with what’s in the sky.

    So I was planning on having a good day and accomplishing a list of things I need to do, but now I’m having major difficulty getting motivated. The weather is nice so I’m now sitting out in the sun and trying to relax…

  28. Today feels very strange – at one point felt like I was incased in resin – don’t think negative – can’t describe what it all feels like – hope it’s a nice trip preparation.

  34. Hmmm, I dreamt of rainbow portals appearing all over in random places. The vibe of the dream was very high and hopeful.

    I travelled to London centre yesterday with the family and friends. I noted the air, it smelt almost medicinal, chemical, very wrong. All day I spent CHPing beneath my breath.

    What will be will be. I put my faith in SOURCE.

    Informed by alternative media but nothing shows up on mainstream.How do I protect
    myself and family? Even close friends get scared.Do I have to prepare by getting legal advice?
    Oh my.And then again I think:what the hack. Never wanted to be a lone survivor.

      2. I am not interested in justice at all. But I’m curious about how things turn out, similar to reading the end of a fascinating novel. But I 100% choose SOURCE. Is being curious the same as being on Black Ice or choosing justice?

        1. I think being curious is “being in the world but not of it” — with popcorn (and faith!). It would be a shame to miss out on The Big Show when we have a front row seat, as long as it doesn’t rile you up or pull you down. We’ve been forewarned of rough seas ahead though, so be prepared to pull back and light up when the story gets too ugly.

    2. They can’t give you the vaccine if you have an allergy, one on the contraindications, you may already have an allergy to something that you could use for this, but I’m sure it will all be ok.

  37. Friday evening felt so much joy within felt like I was going to explode, had to breathe through it and turn down the intensity.
    Crystals are outside to be charged, baked 6 loaves of spiced banana bread, played scrabble with my grandchildren; my two cats curled up all cosy with me……bliss.

  38. STO, CHP, STP. I am reaffirming my choice for the Source timeline, even if seems like many are set on having it out. I do wonder how that works out for those of us who choose that timeline while all hell breaks loose, but know Source will take care of All. Really intending to avoid the black ice, and just want to live in peace, spend time in nature and with animals, be a good neighbor, serve the families at my schools, and take care of my parents.

    Which brings me to a 12/12 revelation of sorts. It seems they/we have a lot more help caring for them than the three of us, for which I am in awe and so grateful. I met some of them in a lucid dream state after a 12/12 meditation (“wait! I can see you!” Lol, incredible), and that’s all I am going to say about that.

    Wondering if anyone here knows anything about Kangen water, or alkaline water? I have been asking Brother J and guides to CHP in my own way for a while, which to me seems most effective. I have seen it in my travels more and more lately. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Keep on keeping on everyone, Source has us. Have been having nice exchanges with people while on the weekend errands, doing our part to cut through all the fear being generated. One Love All 🙏🏽❤️

      yes, we have the machine… the granddaughter of my husband sales Kangen, she lives in Hawaii.
      Before we recieved the Kangen machine, we filtered the water and also now, I put water in glass jug with cristalls. Rock cristalls and Rosequartz…. also little stones in the rainbow colors in a small bottle inside the jugs. I use 4 jugs standing in the sunlight and over night to take starlight. The jugs tapped with cork and plastik, if it rains.

      our drinking water is awsome….

          1. Just toss water back and forth (slowly) from one pint glass to another, concentrating on the water picking up free energy… then drink the water slowly and calmly, imagining that you’re getting all the energy from the water into your tongue. Feel tingly?

  39. Another sleepless night with intense pain, though this pain also seemed to be of the dark night of the soul variety. My empathic sense is that civil war here is imminent. I watched a David Wilcock video last night for the 1st time in 6 mo. and his intel seemed very believable. Chinese troops invaded the northern part of my state and shot down a pilot whom they may have captured. I had seen that 2 days ago elsewhere. Breathing in Source as I remain bedridden, trying to project protection nodes over my children and beloved family, including all of you here. ❤ ❤ ❤

  41. Regarding update 3…
    I was hoping we were on the more positive timeline where we didn’t have to worry about the babies throwing a temper tantrum.

    I think that the flash is a whiteout in such a way that if you close your eyes you would send white instead of black (I see very dark purples and very dark blues, so I assume complete blackness is normal). This will make it seem like it is both from within and outside yourself…which it it will be.

    Also, what do you mean by C + 3hours?

  42. Geez! I’ve somehow become obsessed with deciduous azaleas lately. Must…have…more. Located a source in New Zealand for some choice varieties. Unfortunately they don’t ship. I guess I’ll have to journey down there to bring them home. I told them I haven’t been there since 1976. I guess that tells you how old I am. (Only in 3d years. I think I am ageless and about 12. Har!) Anyway I am having a good time. <J

  44. I’ve felt at times very grumpy today – other times like I should REALLY be in the hospital – I think this changes with the timeline each day?? – Still ‘breathing’ and SOURCE-ing. stubborn thoughts today – trying to feel if they are worth having, probably not – sigh…
    Could do without days like these – the days I have no idea why I’m here – not that I know that any day…

  45. Yes definitely feeling Update #3…

    Something feels very close. Big energy shift. My legs have been very strong tingles for a day and a half.

    I kind of feel like something HUGE feels impending before Christmas.

    Meanwhile I am trying to be detached and enjoying my daughter and granddaughter up here. I’m hoping if things get weird they both will be stuck here with me instead of So cal…

    Buckle up… this next part feels bumpy, uncomfortable, and we go through it and then things come together better on the other end.

  47. My father is going for a prostate operation on Wednesday. Is there a chance they’ll force the vaccine on him?

    If you can, can you set a protective field around him so they can’t give him the vaccine in any form? He doesn’t want the vaccine, so there isn’t any karma to worry about

      1. Great Question! My mom has surgery on her back Thursday! I told her to deny the vacc!ne b/c we can’t be with her b/c of this stupid fake cov!d. She agreed. She doesn’t want it. But I worry, they would force it.

  50. Well I’m in an interesting pickle – with all the feral cats I feed and pet daily, I’ve never been bit by any of them, but yesterday my INDOOR cat bit me good on the back of my hand.. WTH??!!! So I think it’s ok, taking antibiotics and it’s swollen and sore but not major redness or anything, still am waiting for doc to call me back if she thinks I should come in… and I haven’t been to doc in years when I had poison ivy so not a place I feel comfortable to go. I feel fine other than being really stumped why he would have done this…. are the energies such that my cat is feeling aggressive too? Ugh, why can’t the shift just happen already!

      1. No he was just sitting there watching me like normal with his big blue siamese eyes. I was cleaning out his litter which now I think of it I’ve never done when he’s next to it, and also from the window view from his perch he might have seen me petting some feral cats and gotten jealous? No idea but I did go to the doc and am on major antibiotics and hoping that catches it or I could end up in the hospital! Trying to not be nervous but…

          1. Thanks Cats! All is well, antibiotics working and I realized my mistake… I had the audacity to feed the OUTDOOR cats before I fed Kaz Sun. morning, BIG MISTAKE. He always has to feel no. 1 and I had temporarily forgotten that, worrying about the cats in the cold. Never again! Sheesh I guess we know who’s boss!
